I spent time as an RSPCA volunteer which highlighted that a career in animal care was my passion. I started my Veterinary Nursing apprenticeship in a small animal practice in 2018, later qualifying in 2021. I started working for Newton Clarke Vets in November 2024.
I have a keen interest in inpatient care and emergency and critical care nursing, which I’ve recently completed a course in, so I can provide better care for those patients in urgent need. In the near future, I would like to further my knowledge by starting a Certificate in Anaesthesia.
In my spare time, I enjoy going for long walks with my crazy Labrador, Rudy, and spending time with my friends and family. This includes my one-eyed cat, Nelson, who was brought in as an injured stray in my previous job and I just couldn’t not take him home!
