I grew up on a dairy farm in a quaint Somerset village, so animals have always been a huge part of my life!
I qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) in 2017 and hold a BSc (Hons) in Veterinary Nursing. At Newton Clarke, I’m both a receptionist and RVN and I really enjoy the two roles and the variety they give me in my day-to-day work life.
When I’m not working, I spend most of my time running around after my toddler and looking after our family’s smallholding of rare breed sheep and our two horses. They certainly all keep me busy! During those (rare!) moments of spare time, I enjoy going to the gym and walking, and I’m also a church bell ringer (campanologist).
